Does anyone know which DDR system allows you to download music from the internet? Or is there one?

Monday, August 31st, 2009

My sister played DDR (DanceDance Revolution) at a friends house and loved it. Now she wants a PS2 and DDR. She wants the one that allows you to download your own music off the internet I think. I have no idea which version it is and her B-day is coming up and I’d like to get one for her. Any Help?

That sure sounds like she’s played the DDR-emulator called Stepmania.

Stepmania is free, last I checked. You download it off the internet and play it on your computer. You can download thousands of step-files and even make your own. The makers of Stepmania went on to release a game called "In The Groove" which has the same principle (4 arrows) as DDR. You might check into that.

The way you stated your question seemed to imply that you were considering buying a new PS2 console for your sister just to play DDR. PS2s are somewhat outdated now that PS3 is out. I’d recommend that you avoid buying a moribund system if possible.

Did you know that Nintendo recently released DDR for Wii? I just got it myself and it’s a lot of fun.

You can download embedded with firefox.
Right click it and choose "save target as".

You can download BLAZE Streaming Audio Record and then export to mp3 or wav according to your favorite sort =

In Audacity set the *Option* to the right of the Microphone Icon in the Pull down menu to (Stereo Mix) or one of the other options if Stereo Mix doesn’t show up…Be sure to test it…

Start the song (in what ever player your using) then quickly start *Record* in Audacity (Or Vise versa)… When done Export to a MP3 file..

You might have to Edit out any Blank (no sound space you have if your not very fast on the Record button).

How do i tell what century a piece of music is from?

Monday, August 31st, 2009

i have a music exam later on today, i will get played a piece of music and i need to say weather it is classical, early romantic, late romantic or modern and then explain my answer.

How do i know which it is from?

each musical category has a different sound. Its easy to tell a modern piece because it will most likely be a popular song in context ( or whatever they call them) or a minimalist piece, you know.

A classical piece will be homophonic. If the piece is a rondo or in ternary form and is very ‘graceful’ i would go for classical.

I cannot help you with the romantics as I’m doing baroque though I think though that the romantic period was very heavy with the string instruments.

You also need to know a composer from each group!

Hope you did o.k on your exam!

where can i download mp3 music on my barbie girl mp3 player?

Monday, August 31st, 2009

i recently bought me a barbiegirl mp3 player and where can download music for free free free no buys or anything becuase i dont have the money

You will be lucky to find somewhere that will allow you to download music for free, and if you do, it’s probably going to be illegal.
There are lots of sites that allow you to download tracks for about 9cents each and about $2 for albums.
I use http://www.mp3obsession.com/
It’s got millions of tracks so they are bound to have something for your barbie mp3 player that really wont cost u a lot at all!
Hope this helps you, let me know if you find a legal free site to download music from!

What music would be good for 4-5year old kids to listen to while they are skating?

Monday, August 31st, 2009

I have been asked to make a CD for a skating party and I need good upbeat music that 4-5 year old kids could/will listen too. There are 3 boys and only 1 girls that are coming so the music has to be general, nothing too girl like, nothing to boy like.
Any suggestions? They have to be able to "dance" to the music and enjoy what they are listening too. I need about 4 songs more.

Have you ever considered those Kids Bop cd’s? My daughter used to love those. They update them all the time. I think you can purchase them from most retail stores. I hope this helps!
