Vacations at a resort are fun but being limited to staying on the same resort can get boring. Vacations on Royal Caribbean ships keeps it exciting and can be very relaxing. You get the best of both worlds; Relaxation and Adventure.
Be Different this Time
A vacation that gives you the opportunity to sail the seas, dress up, and have all the fun you can have on land is surely a knock-out. So don’t just sit in that quiet corner and catch up on your reading or you’ll miss 99.9% of the fun. Be an active participant – get out of the cabin and join the throng on the swimming pool or disco away at night and meet new friends. There’s still time for you to go over the latest thriller if you can’t sleep a wink those balmy evenings.
There are things to do for all ages on the Royal Caribbean ships. You can pick up a schedule for all activities so you can keep track of everything. If you have an adventurous’ spirit, you might be pleasantly surprised to find that you can go on adventure excursions at every port. All the Royal Caribbean ships stop at ports during your cruise, at which point you can get off and experience all the adventure the island has to offer.
Once aboard one of the Royal Caribbean ships you will be overwhelmed with the amount of things there are to do and so little time to do it. Make sure you plan out your days so you have enough time to do everything you want.
Take it One Day at a Time
You’re on vacation for a reason. To relax and enjoy your cruise. Don’t rush into doing everything in one day because you’ll have plenty of time to take it all in. I suggest the first day you on board one of the Royal Caribbean ships you take a walk around the ship to kind of familiarize yourself with the ship.
The Royal Caribbean ships offer flexible dining schedules. Choose the date for your ‘My Time Dining’ if you want to savor the ambiance of a posh dinner environment. If you have children with you, you can also get the ‘Family Time Dining’ and kids can have their Lunch and Play time. Get bookings to these dining events before you ship out or make sure your agent signs you up for the schedules you want. But pack up some munchies for the kids and adults for those inevitable midnight snacks.
Tour the ship on the second day; on the third day you already have made new friends so join them. New found friends can enrich your on board experience. When your ship docks on ports of call, get off. Tote your camera and bring along some local currencies to shop for trinkets. It will be fun shopping with your new friends or with the family.
