How do I convert SD2 music files so I can burn a standard music CD with my PC?

These files apparently are MAC compatable but not PC compatible. I understand this is seamless in the MAC environment, but I need to convert these to a format that will enable me to burn music CDs with my PC. Thanks!
Oops!, this is actually SD2F file format which is not recognized by the River Past Converter 7.7.16.
