Can anyone advise how best to download music from the internet to a CD? What are the best sites to use? (Obviously want to do it legally!)

There are lots of legal sites, including itunes. amazon, 7digital and many more. I use a site called tunechecker.com which has been created to find the cheapest legal downloads available.

use limewire. Go to limewire.com download follow the prompts then when you start it up it would say upgrade to pro? and just put later then it will say tip of the day the put exit or cancel then just search for the music u want and its free for basic

I have Internet Download Manager v.5.17 and mp3 format is added in file types. When I open any song on www.in.com/music , Internet Download Manager does not show "Download This Audio". If it is any other file type not listed in the file types column, how to know the file type of the song. It works on other websites. Any help/answers expected..

I want to download music to use as ringtones on my phone. I have a sony erickson. Is this doable , with out having to use a pay ringtone site ?

Your phone should come with software that allows you to do transfers (by USB cable or Bluetooth). You can use full length tracks and set them as ringtones. Or you can pick up mp3s that have been downloaded into your Temporary Internet Folder (if using Windows, you’ll find it through Disk Clean Up/ Control Panel on your C drive), which will usually automatically download with everything you view/listen to.
