hi all . i need to download songs to make a Music CD which will play in my car. the car audio system in UK uses obsolete software which does not know to play MP3s. please help .

Just download MP3s and convert them to the CD format (.CDA). Then burn that, & you’re set. I believe Windows Media Player could help. iTunes as well.

I used to be able to do this with my old limewire, but since I have downloaded the newer version of this, I have to manually place the songs into my music library on itunes. Please help because I h8 doing this..

Basically I’m going to do a research project where I use randomized selection to pick songs from music artists (as opposed to other types of songs) over the last 20 years. I am curious if any place would have a list of all the names of songs for the last 20 years?

I’m not able to insert purchased yahoo music songs to my slide show cd’s using photoshop elements 4.0. How can I do that?

I believe this is due to the fact that the songs you purchase from Yahoo! Music are protected with Digital Rights Management (DRM). This is designed to prevent file sharing.

The drawback to this is that unless a program supports the DRM codec, you won’t be able to play/use the song file. In this case, I don’t think Photoshop Elements 4.0 supports DRM, so it doesn’t know what to do with the file.

A quick work around is to burn the song to CD through the Yahoo Music Engine, then rip it back to MP3. Or, find a stream ripper like Total Recorder, play the song in YME and use the ripper to rip to MP3.

which software can very easily can remove and trim the voice and noisy treble part from songs ??

requesting for answers related to free software , if not available , then some help on the other usable utility is and will be appreciated. )

I don’t want all my songs from iTunes onto my Vcast Music Manger but I want to be able to choose like 15 songs out of my 2458 that I have on my iTunes to put in my vcast to put on my phone. Is this possible? And if so how do I do it?

music files from itunes are under DRM protection. in order to play them on mp3 players other than ipod and iphone, you need a special program to help remove the protection mechanism and convert the music files. i always use tuneclone audio converter, which i was recommended to not long ago. it automatically generates a virtual cd burner, with which the music files can be converted at very high speed.

I have decided to re-do my iTunes library with more updated music so i deleted EVERYTHING now im experenceing the problem of being able to put songs from limewire on itunes but nothing will go from My Music on to Itunes, Can someone PLEASE help me with my delema, I need music to keep me saine were i work.

Make a new folder on your desktop .. When your song has finished downloading on limewire, click on the song than press explore than a folder should pop up called "Saved" .. drag the song from the"Saved" folder to the other folder you made on your desktop. Than drag it onto itunes.

Um from "My music" highlight all the songs than drag them to the folder you recently made on your desktop. Than highlight all those songs again than drag them to your itunes.

Hi, After typing in song info in my music folder media player has not updated and still comes up track 1, track 2 etc. does anyone know a solution to this? as i really do not want to retype everything into my library. thanks

Just refresh the window again and again……..It will update the songs name……..

I would like to just be able to plug in an iPod and have it sync random songs from all of my music without getting a "not enough space on iPod" error. Media Player will do it with no frills how do you get iTunes to fill iPods with random songs?

If you are getting an error with not enough space, delete all songs from your iPod first.
Then, on the bottom bar, click settings and change whatever as you please, and click "autofill" and your done!

ive downloaded music (legally of course) into my music on xp and want to add the new songs onto itunes to update my ipod. Is there a way it can be done, like getting the computer to scann for files and recognise the ones i tunes does not have, without having to import/search and add each one individually??? Thanks x

In itunes, go to file – add file to library. Go to my documents – My music, and click on the files you want. Press ctrl – a to select all of the files
