Are there any MP3 music download sites that only allow you to download directly to a cell phone?
I assume MP3 files can be downloaded to a PC or a Mac or directly to a cell phone but I am not sure. I want to know whether any websites ONLY allow download to a phone and not a computer.

Yes there are some websites that work so but for that you will need a phone that allow applications to connect to it, like for example iTunes on the iPhone.
