Hi, everyone, i am Luu, i buy a new mp3 player, then i bring home download music,but it isn’t work i follow?

intruction manual to download mp3 music into mp3 player, when i dowload a message display on the screen, tell me know that: Drive E not accessibe, and the request could not be performed because of an
I/O device error. I don’t kow where is I/O device in computer system to fix it to download mp3 music into mp3 player, some body know help me to fix this problem. Thank everyone .

    plug in your mp3 then when you are downloading a song click save and find you mp3 then when it dosent show yo click cancel then download it again and it should be there
