    Windows 2000 and Windows XP are two different operating systems. Do you have both of them loaded?

    You can only have windows 2000 or windows XP. The reason your computer keeps freezing is insufficient ram. If you take the computer in for an upgrade, it’ll cost you anywhere from $85 to $150 to do that (depending on how much ram you add to it. i would recommend to have at least a full Gig total.

    Turn off your PC, put it back in it`s box and never use it again.
