    I have an Ibanez …
I have an Ibanez RG5EX1 and it has that same trem. I don’t like it that much because it falls right off. That’s why I can’t wait till I get my S Series so That you can screw it in. Plus I think the ZR bridge is the best out there.

    if you buy online …
if you buy online you get a wider selection and the prices are lower :)

    but if I get …
but if I get dimarzio with a floyd that $1000 already. I really wanna go for a steve vai set but I don’t wanna spend $1000’s in the process and Ibanez with dimarzio is hard to find same for floyd.
for the jackson I heard the pickup was heavier more distortion and much easier to come across with floyd or sustain.(well the thing is I like Ibanez I can really trust em but impossible guitar to find unless I’m being blind at the guitar store, but I ‘ll try my best to keep an eye o a guitar I wanna get

  8. ilovestinalots says:

    yes. they use …
yes. they use seymour duncan. Ibanez uses dimarzio. bith are great brands. dimarzio is what Vai and Satch and Gilbert use so its gteat for that warm tone. duncans are AMAZING for metal

  9. nonexistence21 says:

    but doesn’t jackson …
but doesn’t jackson have sustainaic pickups along with the floyd tremelo system?

  10. ilovestinalots says:

    jacksons are great. …
jacksons are great. but like any brand you have to find the good ones. Ibanez will have the best guitars for the cheapest

  11. nonexistence21 says:

    I guess the only …
I guess the only guitar I’m looking for is either(I don’t like the styles of the other brands) the ibanez or jackson(with floyd trem). so hows jackson ? I have no idea bout emmm I never had the chance to play it I got the chance but my fingers were all torn up (skin and everything so I had to take my 2 week break)

  12. ilovestinalots says:

yep. if its an ESP …
yep. if its an ESP it will suck if its under $1000, there are other guitars that are better for cheaper tho

  13. nonexistence21 says:

    the higher end …
the higher end LTD’s are like $1000 aren’t they ($600-$999) ESP more customized and I can get that for $600-$800(pretty good deal it really just depends of the customizations but I know I can trust the guitar shop I go to)

  14. ilovestinalots says:

    there are a few …
there are a few xiphos models, theres a 24 fret six string, a 24 fret seven string, a 27 fret six string and a 27 fret seven string (muhammad suicmez uses this one :D ) and the higher end LTDs ade fine, ESPs are custom only and are like $2000+

  15. ilovestinalots says:

    if its an original …
if its an original it will say schaller in cursive on the plate where th fine tuners aer or somewhere else. otherwise just look at the specs for that guitar online and see if it says licensed or original

  16. GarryTheMonkey says:

    Wow, I liked ” …
    Wow, I liked “flutter”. :D

  17. nonexistence21 says:

    another thing ummm …
another thing ummm how can you tell that it’s a legit floyd from looking from the outside cause I’ll I know is to look if it has built in(made in)germany on the back. but I’m sure to get a good floyd with ibanez all the time or just 94% (me being the 90’s) of getting scammed?(I suck at telling something I’m no good at. =) )

  18. nonexistence21 says:

    I know I idolize …
I know I idolize vai why do you think I have a Ibanez(well I wasn’t sure about getting a floyd cause I didn’t know what the downsides are) and ESP I heard that Jackson, ESP(not LTD that’s like the cheaper guitars ESP)are pretty good. But I’ll start to research on it since I know the scams and the truths.
and xiphos isn’t that some crazy seven string that has like 27fr ?

  19. ilovestinalots says:

    Vai is insane, so …
Vai is insane, so is Satch and Paul Gilbert. What do they all have in common? Ibanez guitars with licensed floyd roses. Ibanez is the only brand you can trust with a “licensed” floyd, and i found out you can flutter on em, i tried on my friends xiphos. other than that any brand with licensed floyds suck majorly. ONLY GO ORIGINAL FLOYD ROSE!!!!!!!!!! some B.C. Rich guitars come with em, some schecters do too, and so do jacksons ESP and Dean.

  20. nonexistence21 says:

    like vai(my guitar …
like vai(my guitar idol) maybe I’ll get one now just cause the fact he uses floyd systems XD but all i need to worry about is tuning and( I heard that it was hard to string to or it was more of a ) intonation that’s about it.
thnx for the help with the floyd system.
and what brand guitars usually come with a good floyd trem system? just to make sure I can trust something when I go to the guitar store.

  21. ilovestinalots says:

    expiramental like …
expiramental like satch or vai. guitar style as in what type of music. the down sides of a floyd are: tuning stability on cheap ones, hassle to change tuning, a to intonate.
the good things are more ways to express yourself, make solos have more personality and downright good ole fashioned fun :)

  22. nonexistence21 says:

what do you mean by …
what do you mean by experimental and what kind of style guitar?
like whats so special about what guitar style and what does the guitar have anything to do with that?
(I really want to get a floyd trem but I don’t know the down sides and stuff so plz help me clear out all the bad stuff and the good stuff in like columns and that would help for me to decide.)

  23. ilovestinalots says:

    it was an OLD …
it was an OLD guitar. but floyds are fun if you want to do expiramental but it really depends on what style of music you wanna play

  24. nonexistence21 says:

    what $200(that’s …
what $200(that’s like getting the wordt possible electric) and screw floyd now.

  25. ilovestinalots says:

    you can adjust …
you can adjust everything, but it just takes a lot of time. i got $200 for it. if you get one you can figure it out. it isnt too hard.
